iew up closely with the Parks and Recreation department’s Administration division, performing planning, budgeting, clerical tasks and basic computer work as part of a public-sector team.

• Involves planning, organizing, developing, coordinating, researching and budgeting tasks.
• Includes routine clerical work and basic computer use.

• Plan, coordinate and organize special projects.
• Assist with marketing and communications for the department including social media and materials.
• Assist with facility and equipment rental processes for events.
• May participate in budget planning.
