Qualifications

• By the start of the internship, the student should have completed one year (nine months) of their chosen program.

Responsibilities

• Learning and operating the Point of Sale system.
• Assisting staff with troubleshooting.
• Providing customer service to visitors.
• Performing basic facility and grounds maintenance.
• Developing organizational and leadership skills.
• Creating and delivering educational programs.
• Educating visitors about park rules and regulations.
• Rotating between day and evening shifts during the summer.
