• Manage budgets, staffing, resources, and operational performance to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Develop and mentor supervisors and staff while promoting accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.
• Evaluate business performance and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders to support departmental goals and initiatives.
• Ensure parks and recreational facilities remain safe, accessible, welcoming, and well-maintained.
