Brushy Creek Municipal Utility District (BCMUD) seeks an experienced District Project Manager to oversee parks, recreation, trails, landscape, and community amenities from concept development through project close-out.

This role coordinates with consultants, contractors, District staff, citizen advisory committees, and the Board to deliver projects on time and within budget, ensuring compliance with codes, ADA accessibility, and procurement standards throughout all design and construction phases.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, technical reports, and contract documents.
• Knowledge of project management principles, construction administration, budgeting, and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage park, recreation, landscape, and community amenity capital projects through all phases from planning to close-out.
• Coordinate with landscape architects, engineers, architects, consultants, and contractors to meet objectives and budget constraints.
• Review construction plans, specifications, contracts, pay applications, and schedules; monitor progress and performance.
• Assist with contract management, consultant selection, and change orders.
