The Salt Lake City Corporation is seeking a Parks and Public Lands Project Coordinator to join the Public Lands team in Salt Lake City, UT. • Requires 4+ years in project coordination, construction management, or urban planning; degree can substitute 2 years of experience.
• Proficiency in scheduling, design, and implementation of projects.
• Strong written, visual, and oral communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate deferred maintenance and asset replacement projects from development to completion, including contractor coordination and schedule management.
• Develop project scopes, technical specifications, cost estimates, and recommendations for maintenance or renovation.
• Assist with procurement tasks, including RFPs and contract documentation; ensure compliance with city policies.
• Provide clear reporting to leadership and engage stakeholders and the public to support informed decisions.
