Miami-Dade County is hiring a Parks, Recreation & Open Spaces Natural Areas Attendant in Miami, FL. The role is full time and anchored in public spaces requiring hands-on outdoor work.

The position involves basic outdoor maintenance tasks and coordination within the natural areas team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in farming, horticulture, landscaping or related fields, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and hold a valid driver’s license.

Competenze

• One year working in farming, horticulture, landscaping, nursery, or other environmentally similar activity is required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must possess a driver’s license.
• Familiarity with local endangered plant species, flora & herbicides is highly desired.
