The City of Coon Rapids is seeking an entry-level parks worker to help maintain and enhance our outdoor spaces in a team-focused environment. The position includes laboring duties such as field preparation, turf maintenance, equipment operation, and seasonal snow plowing.
Work hours are typically Monday through Friday 6:30 am to 2:30 pm, with occasional after-hours weather-related calls. We value safety, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

This is an entry level position in the Parks Division working under the general supervision of the Parks Supervisor. Responsibilities include maintenance duties of a laboring nature.
Work Schedule is primarily Monday-Friday 6:30 am - 2:30 pm with the availability to respond to weather related emergency.
Anticipated hiring rate: $31.32/hour.
Salary range for this position: $31.32 - $39.17/hour.
