Qualifications

• Graduation from High School or GED required.
• Three (3) years of related experience, supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and supervise a crew and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates activities of assigned crew and manages maintenance, repair, and construction of parks and amenities.
• Operates and maintains a variety of park equipment and tools and trains subordinates in safe operation.
• Maintains records, prepares work orders, and ensures safety and quality of work.
