Job summary

City & Borough of Sitka Alaska is seeking a Parks Laborer to perform unskilled labor in city parks under supervision. Duties include mowing, weed eating, landscaping, basic building maintenance, restrooms upkeep, and assisting in setup for city events.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup for City functions (chairs, tables, equipment).
• Monitor and enforce park rules and regulations with the public.
• In emergencies, report to the place of duty.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
