Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of construction inspection experience, preferably on NYC Parks, DDC, or DOT projects.
• Ability to monitor contractor performance for technical compliance.
• Conduct on-site measurements and maintain inspection reports.

• Monitor contractor performance against project specifications.
• Attend job-site meetings and report on construction status.
