The role focuses on inspections, quality control, and coordination with contractors, with emphasis on documentation, safety, and timely project delivery. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, CE, LA or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional landscape architectural/civil construction experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong analytical abilities.
• Strong computer skills and ability to use project-related software.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise site construction installation on large-scale NYC projects.
• Perform site inspections, document control, and field work related to construction management.
• Review contractor payments, scheduling, and public relations.
• Provide general field/office support as required.
