Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, Parks and Recreation, Public Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, supervise, and evaluate landscape and park maintenance and capital plans.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and consultants for maintenance plans and budgets.
• Direct scope, budget, and bid specifications for maintenance projects.
• Lead negotiations with consultants/contractors on terms.
• Inspect work for conformance to specifications and adjust as needed.
• Provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback to staff.
