Job summary

New Territory Residential Community Association is seeking a Parks, Facilities and Maintenance Manager to oversee park operations, facilities, and asset management in the New Territory community. You will lead maintenance staff, manage contracts, and drive preventive maintenance programs to optimize asset lifecycles.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 5+ years in operations with 2+ years in supervision, and a Texas driver’s license; CPSI is preferred or obtainable within

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent.
• Five years of park/grounds/facility maintenance operations experience, including two years in supervision.
• Texas Driver's License required; CPSI certification preferred or obtainable within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational direction for park maintenance, grounds upkeep, and recreation facilities.
• Oversee major maintenance contracts, vendor performance, and procurement.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs for community amenities and facilities.
• Lead work order and asset management processes; monitor lifecycles and inventory.
• Conduct site and safety inspections to ensure compliance with standards and ADA requirements.
• Recruit, train, and develop maintenance staff; ensure safety and customer service excellence.
