Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years experience in parks/athletic field maintenance preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains park grounds, athletic fields, and related facilities; prepares fields for play.
• Operates turf maintenance equipment and a variety of hand/power tools.
• Maintains and repairs irrigation systems; cleans and restocks restrooms and supplies.
• Opens/closes facilities; sets up spaces for events and cleans after events.
• Inspects and performs basic repairs on playground equipment; performs routine vehicle/equipment maintenance.
