Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Keep facilities clean and free of debris, including restrooms; perform custodial duties as needed.
• Assist park patrons and interact with visitors of all ages.
• Perform landscaping and grounds maintenance across multiple parks and facilities.
• Operate carts, mowers, trucks, trailers and tractors; perform preventative maintenance as needed.
• Open, close, and secure park sites and facilities.
• Set up and remove tables, chairs, stages, A/V, and other event equipment.
• Perform basic construction and repair work for park maintenance.
• Repair and minor maintenance of irrigation systems.
• Enforce park rules and regulations on county properties.
• Handle administrative duties as necessary.
• Use park software to manage revenue and pavilion/room rentals.
• Provide feedback on maintenance concerns and improvements.
• Supervise volunteers and casual staff.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
