Ogden City Economic Development Division seeks a Crew Leader - Parks Structural to oversee skilled maintenance, supervise crews, and ensure safety across park facilities. This full-time role reports to the Structural Maintenance Supervisor and requires strong leadership and hands-on construction and repair work.

Responsibilities include facility upkeep, equipment operation, irrigation, snow removal, and coordination with city departments.

Qualifications

• Five years of maintenance/repair experience for public facilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Any combination of experience and education that provides required knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise park maintenance crews on repairs and construction.
• Inspect playground equipment for hazards and safety.
• Perform snow removal across park facilities.
• Prepare safety checks and required reports.
