Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in parks and recreation, landscape architecture, planning, civil engineering, business, public administration or related field.
• Three (3) years of experience in contract management, including construction contract management and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Seven (7) years as a relevant combination.

Responsibilities

• Attend and manage capital improvement projects from vision to closeout.
• Coordinate budgeting, invoicing, and grant reimbursements; track costs and budgets.
