Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Communications, or a related field and three (3) years of related experience required.
• Work experience may substitute for the education requirement.
• Preferred: 3-5 years of experience in customer service with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in higher education or parking management.

Responsabilidades

• Leads front office operations and supervises customer service to resolve inquiries and service requests.
• Manages customer communications across phone, email, and in person channels and maintains accuracy of the parking permit database.
• Oversees payments, refunds, and financial transactions ensuring compliance and proper cash handling.
• Utilizes T2 and Oracle to support data quality, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Represents UAB Transportation on compliance panels and supports policy development and process improvements.
