Job summary

ASM Global-SMG in Fresno, CA is hiring a part-time Parking Supervisor to direct lot attendants and oversee event traffic. This role reports to the Parking and Security Manager and requires strong customer service and safety awareness.

You will supervise staff, coordinate cash handling, and serve as the main parking contact for police during major events, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with internal controls.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years parking lot experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and observe the lot attendants during work shifts.
• Directing and observing the orderly flow of traffic for all venue events while keeping upper Management informed of updated traffic progress as needed.
• Oversee parking procedures on assigned shift and maintain cash control procedures.
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner at all times.
