Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years parking lot experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and observe the lot attendants during work shifts.
• Directing and observing the orderly flow of traffic for all venue events while keeping upper Management informed of updated traffic progress as needed.
• Oversee parking procedures on assigned shift and maintain cash control procedures.
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner at all times.
