Job summary

Mission Ridge Ski & Board Resort in Wenatchee, WA, seeks a Parking Manager to lead outdoor parking and shuttle operations during the winter season. You will hire, train, and supervise staff, manage budgets, and ensure guest safety and smooth traffic flow.

This guest-facing role requires reliability, strong communication, and the ability to work in cold weather. A WA driver's license is required; CDL is preferred. Salary $18–$25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid and insurable Washington State Driver's License; CDL recommended.
• Experience in heavy equipment use, customer service, traffic control, or similar outdoor operational roles is beneficial but not required.
• No formal education is required; candidates must be at least 21 years old and able to perform physical outdoor tasks in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Hiring: Interview, hire, train and supervise all parking and shuttle staff.
• Scheduling: Maintain staff schedules to meet operational demands and guest service levels.
• Budget Management: Develop and adjust departmental budgets to meet operational needs.
• Grounds & housekeeping: Garbage collection, recycling, snow removal, and general housekeeping.
• Snow management: Shovel snow and operate snow blowers and sanders as conditions require.
• Parking lot setup: Ensure cones and sand parking areas daily based on conditions.
• Traffic flow management: Maximize parking capacity and direct vehicles to designated areas.
• Guest interaction: Greet and assist guests, help with vehicle issues, and provide directions.
