Job summary

Mission Ridge Ski & Board Resort in Wenatchee, WA is hiring Bus Drivers with a Class C CDL endorsement to shuttle guests and staff between parking areas. You must be 18+, pass pre-trip inspections, and maintain a clean driving record. Flexibility to work 10–40+ hours weekly in varying winter conditions is required.

Responsibilities include helping guests load gear, refueling, and reporting issues. Weather, snow conditions, and safety drive daily tasks on mountain roads.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and Class “C” CDL endorsement.
• A clean driving record and ability to be insured under company vehicle policies.
• Experience operating passenger vehicles in mountain or winter conditions is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Age 18+ with valid license and Class C CDL.
• Perform pre- and post-trip safety inspections of the bus.
• Refuel the bus at the end of each shift.
• Shovel snow as needed.
• Assist guests with loading gear and equipment.
• Maintain a safe, clean vehicle and report issues to management.
• Flexible availability to work 10–40+ hours per week.
• Dress for cold weather; some cold-weather clothing may be provided.
