Responsibilities include issuing tickets, collecting payments, maintaining records, and ensuring high standards of customer service and safety. This position requires a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license, with at least one year of related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of related work experience preferred in a service setting.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive a vehicle if needed.
• Strong reading and writing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as cashier/attendant, tag tickets, and manage vehicle flow per site.
• Verify cash bank and collect payments via cash, card, or validation.
• Issue tickets and record required information on each ticket.
• Process exception transactions and complete forms as needed.
• Maintain shift paperwork and report transactions and traffic metrics.
• Keep cashier booth clean and report maintenance needs to supervisor.
