Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Experience with automated parking access control hardware and software or strong technology aptitude.
• Availability: Ability to work second/third shift and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with payment to fully automated revenue control equipment.
• Help customers with parking services and facilitate the flow of traffic through the facility.
• Lead programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the management of day-to-day activities of the location.
• Monitor parker activity in pay-in lanes.
• Answer telephone promptly when required.
