SP+ is hiring a Customer Service Rep in Colorado Springs for part-time night and weekend shifts. This role handles payments through automated revenue systems, assists customers with parking needs, and supports the maintenance team in keeping entrances clean.

You will monitor lanes, resolve issues, and maintain professional conduct while delivering prompt, courteous service. A valid license and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with automated parking access control hardware and software or high tech aptitude.
• Availability for 2nd/3rd shift and weekends may be required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to handle transactions and make change.
• Excellent English reading/writing and communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with payment to automated revenue control equipment.
• Guide customers to parking services and manage traffic flow.
• Lead programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Manage day-to-day activities of the location.
• Monitor pay-in lanes and assist customers.
• Resolve customer problems with supervisor help as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and present professional appearance.
• Arrive on time for shifts.
• Perform duties assigned by supervisor.
