Ponte Vedra Inn & Club is seeking a Parking Security Attendant to greet members and guests, manage safe vehicle parking, and maintain smooth traffic flow at our Atlantic coast resort in Florida. This role provides a visible point of contact on arrival and departure to support a Five-Diamond hospitality experience.

You will work with the security and bell staff to deliver outstanding service, handle directions, monitor parking areas, and assist during events.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional appearance and grooming standards.
• Able to stand, walk, and work outdoors in varying weather.
• Experience driving manual transmission vehicles preferred.
• Weekend, evening, and holiday availability.
• Able to read, write, and speak English.

The Opportunity

Ponte Vedra Inn & Club is seeking a Parking Security Attendant to help create exceptional arrival and departure experiences for members and guests. This role serves as a key point of contact upon arrival, providing professional guest service while safely parking and retrieving vehicles, maintaining organized traffic flow, and supporting the safety and security of Club parking areas. Through attentive service and teamwork, the Parking Security Attendant contributes to the delivery of a Five-Diamond hospitality experience.

The Day-to-Day

• Greet members and guests with a warm, professional, and welcoming attitude upon arrival and departure.
• Provide exceptional customer service while creating a positive first and last impression of the Club.
• Safely park and retrieve member and guest vehicles in a timely manner.
• Assist guests with directions, property information, and other service requests.
• Maintain organization, vehicle flow, and operational efficiency within parking areas.
• Monitor parking lots and report safety concerns, security issues, or incidents to management.
• Support special events, guest arrivals, and high-volume operational periods.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a Five-Diamond guest experience.

What Sets You Apart
