Job summary

Ponte Vedra Inn & Club is seeking a Parking Security Attendant to ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience for members and guests. You will safely park and retrieve vehicles, guide guests, and support overall safety of the Club’s parking areas.

As part of a Five-Diamond service culture, you will work with a team to create a welcoming first impression, maintain traffic flow, and respond to incidents with professionalism. Availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Professional appearance and grooming standards.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods.
• Experience driving manual transmission vehicles preferred.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

The Opportunity

Ponte Vedra Inn & Club is seeking a Parking Security Attendant to help create exceptional arrival and departure experiences for members and guests. This role serves as a key point of contact upon arrival, providing professional guest service while safely parking and retrieving vehicles, maintaining organized traffic flow, and supporting the safety and security of Club parking areas. Through attentive service and teamwork, the Parking Security Attendant contributes to the delivery of a Five-Diamond hospitality experience.

The Day-to-Day

• Greet members and guests with a warm, professional, and welcoming attitude upon arrival and departure.
• Provide exceptional customer service while creating a positive first and last impression of the Club.
• Safely park and retrieve member and guest vehicles in a timely manner.
• Assist guests with directions, property information, and other service requests.
• Maintain organization, vehicle flow, and operational efficiency within parking areas.
• Monitor parking lots and report safety concerns, security issues, or incidents to management.
• Support special events, guest arrivals, and high-volume operational periods.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a Five-Diamond guest experience.
