Job summary

Crayola Experience in Bloomington, MN is seeking a security officer to help manage Mall of America parking lots and ramps. You will direct vehicles, set up cones, maintain radio communication and assist guests with safe navigation.

You will work in all weather with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and must stay vigilant to safety and incident reporting. Training through MOA is provided.”

Qualifications

• Must be at least 15 years of age.
• Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
• Successful completion of MOA classroom training.
• Excellent coordination and movement skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct motor vehicles through the MOA parking ramps and ramp entrances.
• Set up and collect traffic cones for the upper levels to establish inbound/outbound lanes.
• Ensure clear radio traffic so officers and supervisors are aware of incidents and safety concerns.
• Assist drivers and pedestrians to navigate safely through the parking ramps.
