Job summary

Reimagined Parking Inc. in Kentucky is seeking a Parking Manager for Residential Parking Operations to supervise location staff, manage revenue, and ensure safety and customer satisfaction at the I72-67_34-20 Junction Blvd site.

The role reports to the Operations Manager and requires 18+ years of age, strong communication, MS Office proficiency, and prior supervisory or account-management experience; E‑Verify participation is used for employment eligibility.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience in account management and revenue collection.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Previous in the parking industry, preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to provide documentation verifying eligibility, as required by the Department of Homeland Security. Reimagined Parking participates in the E‑Verify program to confirm employment eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the supervision of location staff, delegating, coaching, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Support Operations Manager with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and training of new employees.
• Act as liaison to client or Property Manager; attend location meetings and respond to client requests.
• Monitor facility maintenance to keep garage/lot clean, safe, and up to standards; oversee maintenance projects.
• Assist in supervising ticket inventory, cash flow, reports, and audits to prevent loss.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operating reports; provide coverage for front-line positions when needed.
• Use respectful communication to assist guests with questions, problems, and concerns; address escalated issues.
• Respond immediately to reports of accidents, incidents, or safety concerns.
• Communicate professionally with guests, clients, and teammates at all times.
