Responsibilities

• Train and oversee parking and traffic attendants for smooth garage operations.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally.
• Provide timely feedback and conduct performance reviews with manager.
• Keep garage clean, organized, and well-maintained; report issues.
• Monitor payment systems and revenue; prepare usage and revenue reports.
• Enforce parking rules, issue citations, and coordinate with authorities as needed.
• Ensure safety protocols and coordinate emergency response when required.
• Collaborate with valet team for events and peak periods to optimize space.
• Report performance and feedback to management; suggest policy improvements.
