Qualifications

• Education: minimal high school diploma or equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Oral communication: speaks clearly, listens, and asks questions for clarification.
• Written communication: writes clearly and reads information.
• Customer service: maintains a positive attitude and assists customers.
• Adaptability: adjusts to changes in work environment and handles delays or unexpected events.
• Judgment: demonstrates sound and accurate judgment.
• License: valid state driver's license if driving a company vehicle.
• Physical demands: ability to sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in day-to-day management of the assigned locations.
• Assist with management duties as assigned.
• Courteously assist customers.
• Assist in maintenance and repair of parking equipment and general tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to the Facility Manager.
• Assist with cleanup of debris, spills, and other issues.
• Know the garage areas and major streets/landmarks in the vicinity.
• Complete other duties as needed.
