Reimagined-Parking in White Plains, NY is seeking a Parking Garage Assistant Manager. The role pays $27–$30 per hour and operates on a full-time schedule. You will assist the Operations Manager with staff management, revenue control, safety, and client relations at the White Plains garage.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, onboarding, scheduling, and maintaining safety standards. Strong communication andMicrosoft Office proficiency are required to excel in this position.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to verbally communicate with guests.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Supervise location staff, delegate tasks, coach performance, and ensure compliance.
• Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and training of new employees.
• Serve as main client contact; attend meetings and respond to client requests.
• Monitor facility maintenance to keep garage clean, safe, and well maintained.
• Oversee ticket inventory, cash flow, reports, and audits to prevent loss.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operating reports.
• Fill in for front line positions as needed.
• Provide respectful guest assistance and address escalated concerns.
• Respond immediately to accidents or safety concerns.
• Communicate professionally with guests, clients, and team.
