Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field.
• 5 to 7 years’ experience in utility management, including supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Knowledge of parking operations and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, manages, and evaluates assigned employees and handles hiring and discipline.
• Plans and oversees daily Parking operations and staff.
• Communicates with city management, officials, institutions, public and media.
• Prepares and manages division budget and contracts.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Collaborates with other divisions to plan services affecting customers.
• Maintains regular attendance.
