Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise location staff, delegate and coach to meet company standards.
• Support Operations Manager in hiring, onboarding, scheduling and training.
• Attend meetings with clients or Property Manager and respond to requests to maintain relationships.
• Ensure facility cleanliness, safety and timely completion of maintenance projects.
• Monitor ticket inventory, cash flow, reports and audits to prevent loss.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operating reports as required.
• Provide coverage for front-line positions as needed.
• Use respectful communication to assist guests with questions or concerns.
