Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Experience in dispatching, handling high-volume calls, or radio communications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct traffic to parking spaces using clear hand signals and verbal directions.
• Monitor parking lots to optimize space usage and prevent congestion.
• Enforce time limits and prohibited parking zones.
• Assist customers with parking inquiries and issues.
• Operate gates, ticket dispensers, and payment systems.
• Prepare reports on occupancy, revenue, and incidents.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth operations.
