Job summary

San Antonio, TX area is seeking a reliable janitorial associate to perform general duties and maintain clean facilities. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk during shifts, and operate a golf cart or utility vehicle as needed.

You must pass a background check and be legally authorized to work in the United States. Applicants should have reliable transportation and be prepared to work in varying weather conditions while performing tasks with safety footwear and adherence

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check.
• Must have a valid ID and birth certificate or permanent resident card.
• Applicants must be 18 years or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
• Must wear steel toe or composite toe safety shoes.
• Work in the elements for the majority of the shift.
• Operate a golf cart or utility vehicle when required.
• Perform other general janitorial duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Remove FOD/trash from parking lots, around buildings and warehouses.
• Bend, lift, walk and use a grabber tool as part of daily duties.
• Represent the facility in a positive manner and follow oral instructions.

• 18 years or older

• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Able to comfortably lift 50 lbs
• Able to stand/walk for duration of shift
• Must wear steel toe or composite toe safety shoes (Not Provided by employer)
• This position will require the potential employee to work in the elements for the majority of the shift (This may include during inclement weather)
• Remove FOD/trash, from various parking lots, around buildings, warehouses, etc.
• This position will require bending, lifting, walking and the use of a grabber tool
• Must be able to operate a golf cart and utility vehicle
• Represent facility in a positive manner, able to follow oral instructions, pleasant, tactful, courteous, and cooperative with supervisor, co-workers, customers, security, and management
• Perform other general janitorial duties as needed
