Job summary

Responsibilities

• Work in the elements for the majority of the shift (may include inclement weather).
• Remove FOD/trash from parking lots, around buildings, warehouses, etc.
• Bend, lift, walk, and use a grabber tool as needed.
• Operate a golf cart and a utility vehicle.
• Represent the facility in a positive manner and follow oral instructions; be courteous with staff and customers.
• Perform other general janitorial duties as needed.

Essential Duties

• This position will require the potential employee to work in the elements for the majority of the shift (This may include during inclement weather)


• Remove FOD/trash, from various parking lots, around buildings, warehouses, etc.


• This position will require bending, lifting, walking and the use of a grabber tool


• Must be able to operate a golf cart and utility vehicle


• Represent facility in a positive manner, able to follow oral instructions, pleasant, tactful, courteous, and cooperative with supervisor, co-workers, customers, security, and management


• Perform other general janitorial duties as needed
