Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking a Maintenance/Janitor to keep garages and surface lots clean and well-maintained on a daily basis. The role requires basic facility upkeep and reliable parking-related service to customers in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle sweeping, trash removal, light bulb changes, and painting, with occasional snow removal and vehicle operation. A valid driver’s license is helpful. Great teamwork and customer-friendly communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Experience with general facility maintenance required.
• Experience in customer relations.
• Parking industry experience is preferred but not required.
• May need a valid driver's license and be able to operate maintenance vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Ensure garages and surface lots are maintained and cleaned daily.
• Perform general maintenance: sweeping, wiping surfaces, emptying trash, changing light bulbs, painting.
• Assist with snow removal and winter upkeep.
• Operate maintenance vehicles as needed (e.g., golf cart).
• Complete daily maintenance tasks efficiently and timely.
• Greet customers, communicate effectively, and resolve issues promptly.
