Job summary

Reimagined Parking Inc. is seeking a Parking Attendant at Hapuna State Beach. The role involves greeting guests, issuing tickets, collecting payment, counting vehicles, and keeping the facility clean and safe. Flexible shifts run 7am–5pm, with a requirement to work one weekend day.

Responsibilities include guiding guests to spaces, performing counts, patrolling for rule violations, and assisting with equipment maintenance. Prioritize respectful, professional communication at all times.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and professional communication required.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving and departing guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Act as traffic controller to direct guests to available parking spaces.
• Perform vehicle counts on location throughout shift to ensure garage does not overfill spaces.
• Perform daily patrols and issue warnings to visitors violating parking rules.
• Control traffic at entrances and exits; assist guests who forgot where they parked.
• Assist in maintenance and repair of parking equipment and general maintenance tasks as directed.
• Communicate professionally at all times with guests, client, and teammates.
