Job summary

Reimagined Parking Inc. is seeking a Lot Attendant to support daily operations at our Hawaii locations. Responsibilities include greeting guests, issuing tickets, counting vehicles, and maintaining a safe, clean facility. This role emphasizes courteous service and adherence to safety protocols across shifts.

Shifts are available full-time and part-time, with a pay rate of $21.00 per hour. Local outdoor work requires reliability, teamwork, and the ability to work weekends or holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and report hazards.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to verbally communicate with guests.
• Previous customer service experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving and departing guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Direct guests to available parking spaces.
• Perform vehicle counts to prevent overfilling the garage.
• Ensure vehicles are parked according to lot layout and site instructions.
• Distribute parking validation information when applicable.
• Adjust cones, barriers, and signage as needed.
• Control traffic at entrances and exits as needed.
• Monitor pedestrian crossings for safety.
• Assist guests who forget where they parked.
• Clean up litter and hazards to protect vehicles.
