LAZ Parking is seeking a Lot Attendant in New York, NY. You will create a welcoming atmosphere for customers, greet guests by name, and handle payments and reports for parking revenues. The role emphasizes timely problem resolution, clean facilities, and adherence to LAZ standards.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers by name, be responsive and timely with correspondence and problem resolution, and display a caring attitude.
• Complete all required paperwork and reports to account for collected parking revenues.
• Assist customers in lobbies, lanes, and the parking office; help direct traffic.
• Promote good customer relations with a friendly demeanor and can-do attitude.
• Accept monthly and debit payments and process credit cards.
• Keep the parking location clean and maintain equipment.
• Maintain and repair malfunctioning parking equipment to ensure access for customers.
• Be in LAZ Parking uniform, on time, and ready to work when scheduled.
• Work with and without supervision and follow directions of supervisors.
• Inform all loiterers to move off property or call non-emergency numbers for police support.
