Job summary

Meijer Great Lakes in Cold Spring, KY is hiring cart attendants to support store operations and customer service. You will shuttle carts, assist with parking lot and store cleanliness, and coordinate with departments to keep shopping areas organized and safe.

The role requires responsiveness to the store’s busiest days and flexible daytime hours. Starting pay is $13.25/hour with weekly pay and Meijer Rewards benefits.

• Can handle lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending and twisting while handling product or using various equipment.

Responsibilities

• Cart attendants will ferry shopping carts from outside the store back to the store interior.
• Coordinating and collecting of the parking lot, lawn, and inside store trash.
• Safely use snow removal equipment for properly removing snow.
• Perishable and salvage returns.
• Basic store and restroom cleaning.
• Working with our service desk, store entrance, check lanes and parking lot areas.
• Working with departments: Health and Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card and Party, Outdoor, Seasonal and Floral.

Hiring Immediately at no less than $13.25/hour. Starting rate is based on experience and the Union Pay Scale.

Required Scheduling Availability: Days are flexible, but you must be available on our 3 busiest sales days (F, S, S) and you must be available between the hours of 8:00am and 10:00pm.
