Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience is required.
• High school diploma is required.
• Must be at least 25 years old to drive per our Insurance Carrier.

Responsibilities

• Be a key member of a team that delivers a world-class impression for guests.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist guests by being pleasant and helpful – “Smile, Help, Engage” is our goal with every guest.
• Manage and resolve guest issues quickly, efficiently, and professionally.
• Make change and issue receipts and tickets to our guests.
• Responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of your assigned facilities.
