Job summary

Reimagined Parking is seeking a Parking Garage Maintenance staff member to perform daily custodial tasks, basic maintenance, and routine checks of parking equipment at our Grand Casino Arena area. You will collaborate with the Operations Manager and Shift Lead to keep facilities clean, safe, and welcoming for guests.

The role requires at least 18 years old, a HS diploma or GED preferred, and ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Prior custodial or maintenance experience preferred.
Must successfully pass a background check.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide eligibility documentation (E-Verify).

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance of the facility (lighting, minor repairs, cleanliness).
Complete daily custodial tasks (sweeping, mopping, trash).
Maintain appearance of garage surfaces and facilities per standards.
Inspect parking equipment daily and assist with maintenance.
Clear debris from entry/exit ramps and designated areas.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and place orders.
Interact professionally with guests and escalate issues as needed.
Report accidents or safety concerns to supervisor.
Operate company vehicles (golf carts/light vehicles) within facility.
