Job summary

Dollywood Theme Park is hiring a Parking Ambassador for full-time seasonal work in the Dollywood parking areas and Splash Country. You will greet guests, direct traffic, and assist with premium parking while ensuring safety and a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities include assisting with tram loading, maintaining areas in a clean, professional condition, and completing daily reports. Candidates should be at least 16 years old, have basic computer skills, and a valid driver’s license,

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must not have more than 3 traffic violations in last 3 years.
• Must not have a DUI conviction in past 15 years.
• Must pass post-offer vision test per DOT requirements.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and directs them to parking options.
• Directs traffic and ensures safe, efficient flow to designated lots.
• Maintains cleanliness and professional appearance of parking areas.
• Assists with tram loading and premium parking validation.
• Completes daily reports and assists with other Parking operations as needed.
