Job summary

The Dollywood Company is seeking a Guest Transit Host [S] for Dollywood Theme Park. This part-time seasonal position covers roles such as Tram Driver, Conductor, and Crowd Control, focusing on safety, friendliness, cleanliness, and efficient line flow.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, enforcing safety rules, completing daily reports, and adapting to various positions across the parking area. Ideal candidates are 16+ years old with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Background checks including criminal history and motor vehicle record.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance.
• Ability to safely operate company vehicles per policy.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests and initiates friendly interaction and provides Guest excellence.
• Supports safe operation and enforces Dollywood’s 100% Satisfaction Guarantee policy.
• Reacts calmly in stressful situations and physically assists Guests as needed.
• Performs Tram Conductor duties including monitoring safety and communicating rules.
• Completes daily reports and maintains paperwork for Parking PIC.
• Works in all weather conditions and maintains a sense of urgency to reduce wait times.
• Maintains themed costume and participates in trainings and meetings.
• Follows safety policies and confidentiality at all times.
