Job summary

The Works is seeking a Parking Ambassador for the Upper Westside area in Atlanta. You will interact with patrons, explain parking rules, assist with directions and payments, and help maintain orderly operations.

The role involves outdoor work, standing or walking for long periods, and flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior customer service or public safety experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Comfortable using mobile devices and handheld equipment.
• Ability to walk/stand for extended periods and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, professional assistance to patrons about regulations, rates, and locations.
• Greet and assist the public and address inquiries or minor disputes on-site.
• Patrol designated areas to ensure compliance with posted rules.
• Issue citations or warnings per policies and local ordinances.
• Serve as liaison between the public and parking enforcement or security staff.
