Job summary

Oak View Group in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Parking Ambassador responsible for delivering world-class service at State Farm Arena parking assets during events. You will guide guests, direct vehicles, and ensure safety and efficiency.

This part-time role requires flexible hours including nights and weekends, the ability to stand long periods outdoors in heat, and strong communication and interpersonal skills; prior parking or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service and technology handling abilities are a must.
• Polite, friendly, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to work various hours as needed, including nights and weekends.
• Able to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances.
• Ability to work outdoors with extreme heat and varying weather conditions.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with directions and other venue information.
• Direct guests and employees to available parking spaces.
• Maximize the number of vehicles per lot.
• Respond to all comments/complaints in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.
• Handle cash—collect cash and/or coupons and maintain the security of cash.
• Maintain a neat and clean appearance during all scheduled shifts.
• Control and monitor entry to guests’ and employees’ parking lots.
