Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Cashier or parking experience welcome but not required.
• Able to read simple English instructions and follow procedures.
• Good customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify shift transactions against cashier's money during bank drops.
• Respond to customer service issues and resolve them on the spot.
• Maintain order in the assigned lot and ensure a neat appearance.
• Maintain relationships with police department and security personnel.
• Supervise employees and act as liaison between staff and management.
• Count vehicles on location during shifts and report observations.
• Follow uniform standards and arrive on time for shifts.
• Report policy violations or safety hazards to management.
• Troubleshoot minor issues with revenue control equipment.
• Complete daily inspections and documentation.
• Assist with site cleanup and debris removal.
• Fill in for other positions if needed.
