• Strong ability to analyze data, develop policies, and present recommendations.
• Experience training or leading others and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as program administrator for parking event services and perform administrative, analytical, and operational duties.
• Evaluate event requests according to policies and campus regulations; develop recommendations.
• Develop SOPs and improve operational effectiveness; liaise with campus stakeholders.
• Oversee fiscal reconciliation, recharge processing, and reporting; manage event signage and data across platforms.
• Provide lead work direction to student assistants, including hiring, training, and time reconciliation.
