Job summary

California State University, Fullerton is seeking a Parking Event Services Analyst to manage the parking event services program, perform policy research, and provide data-driven recommendations to support student success and institutional goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and at least two years of related experience, with strong abilities in data interpretation, process improvement, and coordination across campus stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university and/or the equivalent training and administrative work experience involving the study, analysis, evaluation, development or improvement of administrative policies, procedures, practices, or programs plus two years of related experience.
• Working knowledge of and the ability to apply standard theories, principles, practices, techniques applicable to the program or administrative specialty to develop conclusions and make recommendations.
• Thorough knowledge of policies, procedures, and outside regulations pertaining to the applicable program or administrative specialty.
• Ability to collect, evaluate, and interpret data to develop sound conclusions and make appropriate recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the program administrator for parking event services, performing the full range of administrative, analytical, and operational duties.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures and recommend improvements to strengthen operational effectiveness.
• Administer the event parking services program, including fiscal reconciliation and recharge processing.
